Pumpkins, Pumpkins, Pumpkins!

Pumpkins and Fall go hand in hand.  Two weeks ago, Catie got to see this first hand as she visited three pumpkin farms in one week.  On Sunday, we took Catie to join in some Fall fun with her cousins at Butler's Farm.

She had a full day as she watched her cousins slide down the big slide...
Played on the train...
Took a hayride...

And picked out a pumpkin.

On Monday, our nanny took Catie to Weber's Farm.  We don't have pictures but I understand there was a lot of singing and dancing that Catie really enjoyed.

Then on Friday, we were in Illinois where Auntie Beanie and Uncle Rip took Catie to Kuiper's Farm.  There we posed for some funny pictures...

Took a hayride...

Enjoyed some life on the farm...

Went through a haunted trail...

And of course, she looked at a lot of pumpkins...

Needless to say, she had a busy week and a lot of fun.

Coming soon are Halloween pictures.

Go Ravens!

With the end of Summer came the beginning of the football season (at least games that count).  The Ravens kicked off their season with a resounding 35-7 victory over the rival Steelers.  Mary's family was in town for a wedding and also got to join Catie for her first Ravens game.

When she wasn't watching Ed Reed intercepting Ben Roethlisberger, she enjoyed the Touchdown Dog dance every time the Ravens scored.

And finally, with the start of the Ravens season, Catie was broke out a new outfit.  The outfit was made by my friend Katie from work who gave it to me when Catie was born.  She planned it out well because it fits Catie just in time for the football season.  I took the opportunity to pose Catie with a lot of Ravens memorabilia.

Thanks a lot Katie for the awesome outfit!

Whirlwind!

Start of Football Season!

This is a big time of year in the McDesi household! Football season is upon us. NFL, college football, fantasy football...we are into it all! Don't be surprised if there are several blog posts coming about this! For now, I'll leave you with a picture of Catie in her first football outfit. Sure you can't see most of it, but it is a purple Raven's onesie!

Not to worry! She has plenty of Notre Dame onesies to wear for the season too!
